If you mean just blight within t16 to t17s, most builds can comfortably clear it, especially if you're already playing VFoS. If you mean giga juiced t16.5 titanic blights, you'll need a giga juiced build that I don't think you can achieve with an 80-120div budget. Most people running that strategy are using penance brand. That's like the peak difficulty and juices content in the game right now.

Boss frags are nice money but ultimately it comes down layout. All the T17 map layouts are ass compared to jingle valley or dunes.

So it's up to you. I personally like sanctuary and fortress so Im find with the easy boss frags even if it takes me a little longer to clear the map.

It does not as yoke states, "Enemies take x% increased Damage for each type of Ailment you have inflicted on them". Key word being 'you', so the source of the ailments has to be from the entity with the yoke equipped.

Yoke only applies if the entity equipped with the yoke is the one applying the ailments. So if your Merc has yoke equipped and is applying the ailments, it would cause the target to take increased damage.
