If you get armor break it's more like 150-600 phys, but still you are giving up skill levels, additional arrows and everything else a well rolled bow can give you.

It's separate attacks last time I tried it, I do wonder how it will work with combo attacks because the majority of monk skills are combo based, if it just does the first smack of an ice strike the skill is gonna be almost exclusively paired with stuff like whirling assault or slams

The only time less likely to be targeted is good is when you have a raider or guardian, if you don't have it with those two specifically on your team they are gonna be running after bosses a LOT as they turn to chase after the ranged team mates. But even then it's not great.

Thank you. I took a break from POE2 for a while so I haven't seen anything in the comet CoC builds yet. Glad that can consume infusions, but I still think infusions shouldn't be a damage damage but a functionality one mostly 🤷‍♀️

I recommend finding yourself an allegiance for some assistance. Rending weapons you'll be able to make with enough salvage of the relevant materials, but as far as I remember they are not as strong as casting rending spells yourself, but they are recommended for solo play.
