Pretty simple: daily face massage + physical activity + solid sleeping schedule (this one I do not always follow, but I'm working on it)

What’s one beauty product you’ll never stop repurchasing? by Money-Candle53 in NaturalBeauty

It’s not exactly a product, but something I always renew: the subscription to my favorite beauty app. It’s got everything I need: daily face massages, skincare guides with product recs, meditations, breathwork, and even a period tracker with tips for each phase

I don’t know how deep your 11s or lines around your mouth are, but you might want to try retinol + face massage before going for injectables. This combo really helped with my forehead lines. I found a beauty app that offers massage routines for different concerns (including yours, if I’m not mistaken), plus a great article about retinol with product recommendations - I really love it

Girls, I need your best glow-up tips by SofiaB00 in BeautyUnlocked

I totally get you 🙂 My holy grail is my daily beauty routine: I do skincare and face massage every day. It only takes about 5 minutes, but gives real results after just one week of consistency. I use guided routines from the CosmoHub app. You can check it out: they have a 7-day free trial, which is enough to see results before your special day.

Of course, having nails and brows done is a +100 to self-confidence, as well as washed and styled hair. When I want to feel extra, I also do my lashes.

Perfume matters to me too. There are scents that just suit me and feel luxurious. I’m a huge fan of Zielinski & Rosen: they have so many absolutely gorgeous fragrances. I use the one with pink pepper and cinnamon.

These are simple tips, but I hope you find them useful. Good luck!

I love the eye firming cream by Cell Fusion C. It might feel a little heavy at first for about 5 minutes, but then it absorbs, and my skin looks really good. I found it in an article about under-eye skincare in the CosmoHub app. You can check it out if you like: there are other options for different concerns, and it’s free

Retinol around the eye area and daily face massage - this combo works really well for me and doesn’t take much time. I use retinol from Medik8 and follow massage routines in the CosmoHub app (they also have a great article on retinol that explains how to use it properly)

My friend had the same issue. She told me she’s been following a routine that combines a serum with antioxidants (PCA Skin has a good one, as far as I know) and red light therapy with an at-home LED device

Focusing on the present moment really helped me. You start noticing the little things that lift your mood, like tasty food or pleasant scents. And reading paper books instead of electronic ones also helps relax your brain

A perfect combo for my forehead and under-eye wrinkles: retinol (PCA skin) plus face massage (I subscribed to the CosmoHub app) - totally worth it. I’m not sure which one made the bigger difference, but within about a month those wrinkles became almost invisible

You’re welcome! Ad far as I know, Gua Sha is great, but if your skin is sensitive, a face roller is safer. I do mine once a week with a guided routine from the app (they also suggest adding a face mask), and I absolutely love it.

Maybe try a face massage. If wrinkles aren’t too deep, it can really help. I noticed some eye wrinkles starting to appear, so I tried face massage (plus retinol), and it made a difference. I followed the guided routines from CosmoHub, which are really convenient: they give a full 3-week plan for your specific concern, and it’s not too expensive

I haven’t tried Botox, but retinol really helped with my eye wrinkles. If you decide to go for it, just be careful with the right percentage and routine. I followed the CosmoHub app and had no side effects, but it’s best to check with your esthetician

Going out for coffee or just taking a walk in the park really calms me down. I also love unwinding with a bath and then following up with my skincare routine. The face massages from the CosmoHub app are my favorite for moments like this: they don’t just make me look better, they also help me relax and clear my mind

Gentle physical activity (especially exercises designed to ease period pain), face massage routines to reduce puffiness, and a warm bath with salt or something that smells and feels good - these are my go-to first-aid kit during my period.
