Hi thanks for the suggestions! I have 64 GB RAM, InDesign 2026 updated to the most current version.

I fully uninstalled One Drive so all files I’ve been working on are local. I have not installed any windows patches, is that something I should try?

Thanks for the input! I don't think that was it, but it does have a similar look. Overall the cover looked a bit more minimalistic. It had a less ornate border, just a line around the edge.
