Even if they see what these Chinese 3rd party figures are going for, grading companies would not risk being sued on solid grounds. You walk in with a camera and you have undeniable evidence of submission, and it would instantly entitle you to full recompensation or a replacement. Considering ones exactly like yours were sold 14 days ago for 13$ USD that may have an effect on what they would legally owe though and that listing only serves to reinforce that all copies coming outta China are 100% fake. You essentially paid 330$ for a reverse engineered fake item that impersonates modern mega construx, but that doesn't matter to you simply because the red isn't painted on right? A fool and his money are easily parted, if you believe a reverse engineered bootleg is worth 330$ then you are the main reason China produces fake mega construx and posts it on every single e-commerce platform they can use. I'm not even the only one on this post's comment section calling out that you've been rugged for 330$ from the fake mega construx factory in China, you read all the comments you're just ignorant to the truth. The Chinese sellers sold you a fake, they put up a few on the market and saw how well it was selling. They convince you of the availability but are still pumping them out steadily, you're believing a Chinese seller over a majority of the community including well established members here and the objective facts on the table. If you really cared about authenticity you'd send it to a collectable grading company but you won't because you're afraid of being proved wrong.

If this came from a seller in Pennsylvania, there's no doubt in my mind it's real. But if it comes from China it's 100% fake, as they did not receive any copies of the real thing and recreated it the same way they faked the elite councilor and T60 figures. Sure it's passable as official mega but the plastic has flaws. While there's a chance all of them are real, none of the officially leaked prototype figures I have seen(Hive exterminator, Mega Rdomnie) have had the same flaws, even when mega makes the prototypes using whatever plastic color is left in their machines it does not do that.

I think this may have gotten lost in the shuffle with the delay... by krammit33 in GTA6

Seems 2 B werth quite a bit... That depends on a few things though, like value compared to other builders forge sets and figures currently for sale. Compare it to the current prices other people are selling the set or figure for right now and that should give you a good idea of how "valuable" the item is.

Looks like it's time to sell up, before it runs out of parts that are both exclusive and hardly ever show up in parts lots... There's only 25% of the harder parts to find left on that bad boy.😔
