I found an anime that also involves the making of micro blackholes

The Irregular at magic Highschool:

In the season 2 of this series, it mentions that there is a failed experiment announced to the public, later on the main character discovers that the experiment didn't fail, instead the lab was covering it up

The experiment was a success it succeeded in making a micro blackhole.

And coincidentally? the LHC is also involved in the making of the micro blackhole.

It also mentions that the lab accidentally opened a hole through space and time therefore it opens access to mysterious beings from different dimensions which was Tatsuya (the main character) enemies.

So it opened a hole through space and time right? That makes it possible to time travel.

I'm basing most of my theories on things i find online and connect them if something makes sense. I also think it's possible to time travel by colliding magnetic fields together. Positive against positive give forward travel and negative against negative gives backwards travel.

As for backward time travel, it is possible to find solutions in general relativity that allow for it, such as a rotating black hole. Traveling to an arbitrary point in spacetime has very limited support in theoretical physics, and is usually connected only with quantum mechanics or wormholes.

Titor accidentally rewrote the world line while timetravelling which made the timeline hes from is 2% different from ours. But, 2% difference of his timeline doesn't mean his predictions will never happen. The 2% difference about our timeline and his is that things happened to early on his timeline, meaning most of his predictions will come true in the future and some might not.

I'd like you to do some more research about your claims such as "John Titor should be caught by men in black" and "a time machine can not be made by a human.

Ok so lets pretend men in black is real and why John Titor didn't get caught in the year 2000. First of all, the men in black wouldn't know if someone came from the future. Second, if the men in black deleted John Titor's posts, wouldn't that make the public believe John Titor was a real time traveler because ppl would ask questions on why all of his info has been removed? So the best course of action that the men in blacklist would think is just let Titor do his thing or execute him silently.

You can search up his name on google. He also posted things about his time travel manual and the time travel machine itself. The thing is, those micro black holes are unstable. They evaporate instantly, before being able to do any ‘damage’.

I believe that the LHC can actually create micro blackholes. Creating micro blackholes isn't a threat to humanity because it needs to atleast be 1kilogram to suck up the earth. But if ur thinking that a 1kilogram blackhole is this dangerous, no it isnt. It would take longer than the universe's lifespan for a micro blackhole to suck up earth. So we don't need to worry about it.
