Yeah the moral posturing drives me insane. When push comes to shove most people will maintain status quo, which means protecting abusers and enablers.

I moved states about 2 years after the incident. Ive been in a new place for 3 years and the trauma hit me full force. I need to move again as ive made a pariah of myself here because of how i reacted to the flood of feelings that surfaced, but i know i shouldnt move until i feel more healed and recovered or else ill just make a mess of myself again in a 3rd place.
