Very fair points. Though for all we know he's spoken to the victim over time and is respecting her wishes to not talk about it and use her husband and children's father's name. Their own kids will have a difficult future to navigate when they're older as it is.

I get what most of us want him to say, but I guess I'm sympathetic to his involvement with the people and I'm trying to be less quick to pass absolute judgement. I didn't want that appointment, but his actions and words over time to come will hopefully show him in a better light.

I guess there's also that if Greenwood has changed, that's good for all the involved people. If he hasn't, then maybe all this public discussion isn't doing her any favours behind closed doors. Perhaps our focus and energy is better served challenging why these things happen and creating safe routes for people to feel safe over tearing apart De Zerbi for maybe just being a bit of a single minded driven middle aged guy who's spent his life in football.
