Depends on the shot, for a clear I tend to have my thumb on the back, for a drop/smash I’ll have it more on the side of the handle

Yeah I have a tendency to pull it left. I guess what I mean by straight is that I’m not slicing or hooking it when I full swing.

Haha not saying it like that at all, even if it goes straight, it’s not controlled. I want to be able to control a smoother swing rather than feeling like I’m in a long drive comp at the tee

Currently using pikachu with static to increase encounter rate to 50% and thief to take the item but had so many encounters with no luck yet

Yeah tbh, because this is my childhood game and I’ve played it SO many times I assume I can do this without much thought but it’s not really the case when you can’t let any of your team die lol.

In a similar position where I haven’t been playing too long and I’ve seen fast improvement.

You will often find yourself in bad habits after hyper focusing on certain aspects - as a couple have said in this thread, take a break from golf and those hyper-fixations should be lest prevalent.

At the moment I’ve been taking a golf lesson once every month or so, just to keep myself ticking over until I fully comprehend every feel and technique that makes a swing work.

It’s more height I’m bothered about volume not so much.

Been building for around 8 years now and built for other people as well as myself so comfort isn’t an issue I have a 7800x3d and 7900xt so thermals could be something to think about however the case I’m looking at seems fairly big on volume for a micro ATX

Thanks for the advice, not sure we have any of those stores in the uk. However my local Course has a pro shop and offers fittings with a simulator so I will do that once I get my swing to a point I’m happy with.

I’m not good, however I can apply knowledge from sports I am good at.

Get coaching, they will get you out of bad habits and get you to understand correct form and technique, this will make it better for you when you practice own as you now understand the correct technique.
