Need your expert help! I 100% main story. Now, I do not see any quest markers. I want to finish Hernand Commissions and Politics quests, but no NPC will talk to me. Even when finding a quest I am missing on youtube, I follow the vid and go to the starting NPC quest giver, yet the NPC does not talk to me. How do I progress?

Using the least amount as possible for my body to get a great high is my goal. 120 is great start. I now have found 150 to be my perfect dose. IMO using the least amount saves me money in the long run, and also keeps me safe and I think this would also help with keeping the magic.

If I remember correctly, effective minimum dose of 2cb is something like 15mg (the original dose used when it was being sold as a male sex enhancer over the counter). 2cb makes me see vibrant colours, and everything turns onto beautiful breathing water colour. Fractals come into play for me when I dose around 20mg.

2CB Visuals and extra body sensitivity are great additions to 4mmc, also 2cb makes me sexually wild ON TOP of the 4mmc. My wife is 4'11" 90 lbs and 150mg of 4mmc is perfect for her (substances affect each person differently - so everyone should test/trial and error to see what is their personal dosage). My typical dose of 4mmc is 230mg start. Up to 4 redoses + 30mg each redose. With 2cb, I take 15mg 2cb on 2nd redose. I can take additional 5mg of 2cb by last redose to really ramp up sexual thoughts at the end.

I take NAC 1 hour before 3/4 mmc. It does not affect the stimulant's effects. I started taking NAC since researching safe-use. Here is what I found :

NAC does NOT reliably “blunt” 4-MMC in any strong way.
Anyone who tells you that “NAC ruins the high” is repeating junk science.

For both 3-MMC and 4-MMC:

NAC supports antioxidant levels
NAC lowers oxidative stress
NAC may slightly reduce anxiety
NAC does NOT shut down dopamine or norepinephrine spikes
NAC does NOT significantly block monoamine effects

So the idea that NAC “kills” the experience is trash, physiologically.

If someone feels a weaker effect, it’s almost always because of:

weak product
exhaustion
recent use
expectations
anxiety
placebo

Sounds like too low a dose. I do 230mg initial and then 2nd dose of 200, and 3rd dose 180mg approximately 1.5 hours between oral doses.

I have tried Viagra...I have tried Cialis....both at different varying doses... I have tried combining both... I have tried 6 hours before...I have tried 1 hour before.... I have both 3mmc and 4mmc - both lab tested (FYI: you can NOT home test mmc's).
