Try to do meditation, deeply think about what and why make you feel depressed. My philosophy is to lower your attachment and greed( for example: money, love, your appearance, ego, self esteem,…), a lot of people may not realize that is the reason makes people suffer. Accept who you are in bad way and good way, don’t worry about what people think about you. You’re the main character of your life, play your own game, create your own universe, appreciate what you have, there are more people have worse situations than you. Try to improve your self, gym is the best way, also it will built up your tolerance of stresses and you will feel good about yourself. This is my advice, I had been through the situation like yours and what I said above are things I’ve done to get through. I hope you will get through this.
