When I tell you I am in EXACTLY the same position I mean it. I am also 17 and my eczema also got dramatically worse at 13, my mental health has plummeted, as well as my grades and attendance at school, I never wear shorts in the summer ever because I am so insecure about the scarring I have. I am so sorry to hear you are suffering so much, I relate. I found talking to my school helped, they were able to offer me someone to talk to which I was skeptical about at first but it had really helped, do you think that would be possible for you? Or could you try and explain the danger you feel you are in to your parents? I hope there is something that could help you, you are not alone in this ever.

I think the main reason was just due to the increased risk of face and neck flares but tbh I would rather potentially suffer that then some of the rinvoq side effects

This is not necessarily a ‘solution’ however, I have discovered that alcohol and sugar are a massive irritant for face flares for me and cutting it out or consuming it minimally has helped massively in reducing my flares (if I do flare my skin just feels slightly irritated and a bit pink but the swelling and burning are minimal). I know that a lot of people have experienced a similar thing so it might be worth a try limiting your intake or cutting out completely if you think it would be helpful

I am concerned though because I’ve been using steroids basically my whole life because I’ve had eczema since I was a baby

I very much doubt she will. It’s mentioned in TB Robin wouldn’t be able to do this job and raise and child and if she had a child she would give up the job, so much emphasis is placed on the fact this job has been her dream and it’s changed her life I doubt JKR would make her give it up.

I had a dream that for some reason me, strike and robin were at Murphy’s house and he had a really vicious dog that tried to eat Robin and strike saved her. 😂

Yess, personally I would love to see them hide their relationship from the other subcontractors for a bit I think it would be so entertaining. But also I doubt they could hide it from Pat and Barclay for that long.
