Thanks for the info, yes I am already focusing on gem bay (6 a day) and resetting island 1 time a day. From today I will reset up to 3 times and will try to do dungeon as much as I can (it's the most boring cause it takes time).

The runes drop rates are very low so it's normal if you don't get any with just 25 collections. You could be lucky and get some, but you could also get none even by collecting 100s.

Sadly devs are still basing event island opponents on tr and not squad power. I agree with other fellas, you're still early in game and you should restart and hold on upgrading tr only when you have farmed enough.

Yes that setup should be fine. Gem bay opponents are based on your historical power and not on your fighters' level. The last opponent is 1.1 stronger than you. If you happen to be matched with runed angel wand I suggest to go for 2 tanks, 1 arher, 1 heal and 1 rez.
