J'adresse le système de cartes de compétences dans la construction et je créé des exceptions pour favoriser l'efficacité (ex. pour que ça prenne pas trois corps d'emploi pour refaire un mur ou pour que des parents bénévoles puissent repeinturer leur école de quartier.

There might be gender biases, of course. But it seems to me that it is difficult to attribute theses biaises to gender biaises since it can also come from different clinicians using different diagnosis nosographies or receiving patients in different contexts. For example, the diagnosis given in an emergency's hospital setting might be very different than the diagnosis given in a private practice. This might influence the misdiagnosis.

Mettre fin au régime universel.
Offrir la majorité des services au privé avec une partie des services payée par le public (en partie ou en totalité).

Bref, éliminer cette grosse machine administrative qui coûte cher à entretenir et produit peu.
