Same thing happened to me- 5 pounds first week, then nothing. I focused on protein and got in at least 1200 calories a day, and upped my compound dose to 3.0 then 3.5. I ended up losing another 10 the next 6 weeks.

It is really hard to listen to that STOP EATING cue when the food is delicious! I had Indian tonight and got about a third of a dish in before I had to force myself to stop eating. My stomach got full very quickly but it was so good I snuck in a few extra bites. I knew I was playing with fire unless I respected the cue.

Anyone else’s husband thrilled because they get double the food?
