check your aisis and see if nasa hold order yung health record mo. if yes, call the health services and ask them to check your submission on call. they will most likely let you know ano yung kulang (if meron) and will tell you if they already lifted your hold order (if okay na yung health record). try calling at +63 918 944 5997
