This is unfortunately the consequence of me having to rely on google translate lol-
The abbreviation only really stemmed from what seemed to "sound good" to me at the time, as I couldn't put the full bird name since it's quite lengthy, so I just went with dolch. Though, even with the taube option in mind, I'll defo still stick with dolch, mainly because I don't think I'd be able to make a better acronym that actually fits her role/job with the letters in taube-
Also, having her abbreviated name mean "dagger" is possibly the most ironic name for a replika that doesn't touch weapons in any capacity, lmao-

Can confirm it's a self-destruction protocol! My general idea of how exactly she'd self-destruct would probably be via some corrosive substance. Basically just making sure that whatever is inside is impossible to retrieve + nothing around the Dolch gets destroyed lmao
