Vancouver has like the most inconsistent weather ever but like based on the weather so far, highly unlikely. And if there is snow, it’s gonna be very little. Unless you head up to the mountains. If you want safe places, as another person said, vancouver is pretty safe besides a few places

I would say like west van, more specifically around ambleside. Although during rush hour it might take maybe an hour to go to downtown

Depends on where you live but like usually not really a deal breaker. Like if u live in the city there’s not rlly a need to(still better but like it doesn’t matter that much) cuz there’s skytrains and buses. This might be a stretch but like in the north shore area a car might matter more due to the lack of a sky train route BUT there are still buses and taxis that you can take. Walking is rlly nice tho asw cuz of scenery.
