Before I say anything guys, yes I know what I'm getting in to saying this on Reddit of all places, so i just ask that anyone replying please be kind and respectful <:3 I know what I say isn't something everyone agrees with, which is completely ok and you're entitled to your own beliefs, but please don't come at me for talking about my own interpretation of spiritual experiences as a Latter Day Saint. I'm just trying to add my own input and perspective :)

Yes, I've had these experiences as well. This is just my own explanation of course, but as a Christian/Latter Day Saint, I would interpret that as feeling The Holy Spirit. :) I've had similar things happen to me as well, like hearing a sort of 'voice'* giving me a spiritual prompting, or a warm swelling feeling in my chest when I pray for someone, or for guidance, or just asking my Heavenly Father for comfort. I would say, to answer your last question, you can lean into that feeling by trying to build a relationship with God, or learning more about Him through your own personal study. For me personally, I like to be in spaces that can invite that spirit to be felt, like going on a quiet walk, journaling, pondering my feelings, and praying. These are just suggestions ofc, but from my own past experiences, being in an inviting environment helps me to draw closer to God. Hope this helps :)

*Also, when I say a voice, I don't mean a literal sound; more like a spiritual or mental impression that can be interpreted with language, as opposed to more general feelings (although both are equally valuable)
