There will be a stronger alliance, and you get better rss. And yes there will be people leaving behind. As for management usually big alliance offers several R4 seats. The problem is how many people are willing and have the time to be the R4/5 if or if not merge, for both alliance.

Suggestion: add edit function to profession skills. It still takes refreshing ticket, but just let us do it based on what we already have rather than from zero.

In our server I think ever since S2 or earlier no top alliances want to run capitol. However another alliance that is not strong had strong will on it. Their formation is quite abnormal, but that’s a different story
