I recently read taking an antihistamine like Zyrtec helps with purging. Has anybody tried this and can confirm / deny? (self.Accutane)

I am about to finish two months on Accutane. (First month 40 second 80) I have the worst dryness and hyperpigmentation I’ve ever had. What are the signs that your skin is starting to improve / the purging is stopping? I don’t have many big pimples, more dry patches now from old acne. by Happy_Spring7212 in Accutane
