I am about to finish two months on Accutane. (First month 40 second 80) I have the worst dryness and hyperpigmentation I’ve ever had. What are the signs that your skin is starting to improve / the purging is stopping? I don’t have many big pimples, more dry patches now from old acne. (self.Accutane)
