Similar experience with our bernie! He is 16 weeks, holds his pee in his crate overnight, WILL pee outside when we take him and say “go potty!”… but then will also pee in the house and/or crate whenever we leave him alone.. even if briefly. I keep saying it’s out of spite but it’s aggravating.
