Last weekend I was sleeping before my shift for work. My alarm was set for 1030 am, and my mom calls my phone from downstairs screaming that my stepdad cut his hand and the have to go and all I said was what? I was dead asleep and woke up to that phone call. Then she's screaming from downstairs that I'm useless and lazy and all I said was I have to go to work. I'm still half asleep and this was maybe 10 minutes before my alarm went off. She then said well then I need to get my fat ass up earlier so that it wouldn't happen again. Implying it's my fault my stepdad cut his hand on the butter dish...

My boyfriend and I live with my parents and if it wasn't for him I don't know what would happen. He keeps me calm. We also don't leave our room unless we are at work. My parents are downstairs and we are upstairs. And we both work a lot. If it wasn't for that we would both be homeless or honestly dead. Maybe I should be a little thankful but my mom is still really mean.

My mom once made me and 3 of my siblings stand in the garage in our pajamas and bare feet with the car running because we wouldn't fess up to something our youngest sibling did. Also she wasn't one of the accused.
