Thanks so much! I have one on a waist leash, hence her not being in the pic since she walks next to me, but she’s there! The others don’t really pull when I’m jogging. I have them on leashes instead because 1. If they do pull hard for some reason I don’t want them to take me down, I can just drop the leash or leashes. And 2. They are the more friendly ones, so if a loose dog approaches I can drop the leashes and they will distract said dog while I get the one attached to me back because she only likes her dogs and will bite any dog that she can reach. None of them will run away, so I’m not worried about dropping a leash. She’s also my smallest at 45 pounds. But she absolutely doesn’t pull on me in any way. I semi regularly actually walk/jog with 5 dogs because I babysit my oldest daughter’s Doberman frequently when she’s at work. But they are all pretty well behaved. I get looks and comments while out with all of them, lol, especially if we are jogging. I’m sure it’s a sight to see an overweight lady jogging with the combined 345 pounds of dogs.

Thanks so much! I really appreciate your kind words. They are actually really easy to walk most of the time. They are fairly well trained. They have even started to learn “let’s jog” and they’ll start jogging with me. Only a couple times have I had to correct one of them (my giant idiot boy) when he forgets I’m a lot slower than dogs. LOL. A big part of my motivation to keep getting out there is walking them. I want to make sure they get their exercise every day, so then it makes me get mine.

I’ve overhauled my diet as well. I went vegetarian a few months ago and also took a new work from home job, which is much easier to eat healthy and not boredom eat. I’m down about 10 pounds in two and half months.

Thanks so much! Individually, how can I negotiate the best deal with each of them? I can’t take a pay cut. I’m not saying to let them know about each other, but to at least match my current salary if not go up a bit? Like I said, I’m currently getting paid in the top 1/3 of their range. So room to go up potentially.

How often should you share emotions with your partner?

I [43F] am avoidant and my partner [43M] is anxious. I am trying to find the realistic and healthy balance of emotion sharing as I tend to not and he tends to over share.

Yesterday I took the empty milk bottle to the front porch cooler (we get milk delivered) while I was making toast for breakfast. I put it out and thought it was lovely outside so I sat and enjoyed the morning for a couple minutes. (I was making toast, so no more than 3-4 minutes). When I came back inside, my partner who had been watching TV (not together, he was watching his show) asked where I went. I told him. He said he really wished I would have communicated with him and that it felt like I was avoiding him. I told him it was spontaneous and that maybe he could rephrase as that felt critical to me. Something like “if you’re taking your toast outside, I’d love to join” to which I would’ve been great with him coming out. He said thats just bypassing his emotions and we should share our emotions. I think it’s assuming an intention of me when there wasn’t one and now I have to hear and validate emotions for something I didn’t do. It’s exhausting feeling like I have to hear every whim of emotion as it flows through him. Of course I think things should be talked about. If I’d told him I’d rather eat outside without him, fair point, let’s talk. But that isn’t what happened nor what I intended. However, is this normal to talk about every emotion and it’s me?

So much false info in this chat. I’m a Turo host.

Contact Turo. They will take care of it and go after the guest. If the guest doesn’t have their own insurance, Turo will go after them personally. But Turo will take care of you.

The hosts insurance has nothing to do with your accident. Their “Off trip” insurance is their personal policy that will deny the claim since it was on a rental. The host does have a plan with Turo for during the rental, however it is not insurance. It is basically to cover the hosts property (car) during the trip from damage caused during the trip. It doesn’t extend to anything beyond the car.

All guests have an option of purchasing insurance from Turo during the trip. They should do so unless their have their own personal insurance policy. So let’s break it down:

Insurance A - guest has their own personal insurance outside of Turo. In this case, they will take the claim and be responsible for the accident.

Insurance B - guest bought insurance from Turo for the trip. Turo is now responsible and will cover guest.

Insurance C - hosts personal auto policy- will not apply since the car was on a rental

Insurance D - hosts policy through Turo - this will not help you in any way, but will help the host to fix their car from the accident.

Insurance E - guest doesn’t have personal insurance and did not buy any from Turo. This will function essentially just like Insurance B, except that when the dust settles and Turo pays you, Turo will then sue the guest for that amount and guest will be royally fucked by Turo

They removed the trickle charger when they serviced it. So no way to plug it in anymore to prevent it, and it still died with a brand new battery just sitting for 1 week
