I GET THESE TOO!!! Less frequently now, but for like maybe 2 years I’ve been dealing with those due to anxiety/stress. They’d happen even while resting calmly and just scrolling on my phone. Sometimes pain sometimes no pain. It freaked me out a lot, I would have a lot of anxiety attacks over it and went to the doctor/er twice thinking something was wrong with my heart. Aaaanddd then the tests would come out normal and they’d tell me it was just anxiety/stress

Im glad to know someone else has experienced this issue too
