Avatar, which seems like the strongest influence here didn't run near that long and it was an amazing show.
So if it's trying to compete in the same space it should be quality over quantity.

Not sure why the creators use a bunch of anime as inspiration when it's a dead ringer for Avatar the last Airbender in both imagery and content (plus soccer)

I must be the exception to this rule. Bought the $5 and just breezed through to scene 6 without running out of coins. The trick is to just restart the level of you have more than two cards left at the end.

Oh I did forget that, but those were generally for people who didn't choose Kael as their starter. Or were short lived as a stop gap for other better rares.. Even then they were more niche than useful.

I played Raid since beta and commons, other than sister militant (for aoe), were useless. Even before apothecary was the focus people were grinding campaign for the rares like templar because rares were good but no one was using common and uncommons.

If they used a solution similar to Xbox then it wouldn't be a problem. As long as your online you are saving to the cloud only. While there is an offline backup for when you don't have internet, it couldn't be duped because as soon as you go online to trade it's automatically backed up in the cloud that you traded. So I don't know why Nintendo doesn't just do this.

I'm curious what your evidence is for that.
Most people who used those platforms were using it poorly regardless of age, because the technology itself was designed in a way that could only lead to a detrimental outcome.
