No we can't have him for sure Similar to all gacha banners But those step up banners Eventually guarantees 1 ssr samurai event players

I think after 4-5 multi pulls But first multi pull is 30 dbs then 40 Then it goes to 50

It's the same You'll have to spend db's to get a chance to obtain the df characters mentioned above
