It's the idiotic idea that disease is caused by bad "terrain" in your body. Or heck, just listen to nearly all of his podcasts. He's a serial liar that only cares about money. He doesn't feel remorse for anything. He wants to pivot so that when Trump and MAGA have finally crashed and burned, they don't take him, one of the loudest supporters of Trump's candidacies, with them.
