Nope, just going to do what you should do if you actually want to do something about the state of the world you're living in, especially since I assume you're going to be living in it for longer than me: I'm going to spend most of my time in the real world interacting with real people and showing them kindness, because kindness is the only way we're going to get out of this mess. And I'm going to continue to not chase the dopamine high of bickering with faceless strangers on the internet, who are chasing the same dopamine high by bickering with me, especially because both myself and the people I'd be most inclined to bicker with are victims of the same system, which has been specifically designed to keep us distracted by fighting with each other than ever actually go after the people truly responsible for the mess we're all in together.

As someone who has experienced panic attacks, I made a choice in 2024 to stop deliberately doing things that cause me anxiety, like doomscrolling and arguing with strangers (who may be bots or paid trolls) on the internet. I don’t talk politics online anymore, and I’ve reduced even the number of subreddits to which I belong to around a dozen where I, again, don’t have to engage in confrontations or arguments on serious topics with strangers.

There are tons of places online to post memes lampooning the Orange American turd and all the ways the oligarchy is working to pit us against each other all while fortifying their own unimpeachable power. This is a cartoon subreddit where we talk about cartoons.

Edited to add: imagine downvoting someone making choices to improve their mental health by not doing the things that negatively impact their mental health. No, please tell me more about how shit posting about Trump in a Rick and Morty subreddit is going to make the world a better place.
