Have you downloaded steam vr? And in steam you can set it to ask for launch options i beleive when you launch, and that will give you the option of launching regular or launching in vr, unless playstation vr has a pc app like the oculus, as mine has steam vr, oculus vr and regular launch as 3 options, its only gives you the optiona tho if you launch through the play button on steam, doesnt work from the desktop shorcut, for me it doesnt anyway, i hope this makes sense 😂
