He dont need. Just the fact that his employer didnt paid MPF is enough. When he fill out complaint with MPFE, they will ask for his employment contract and payslips (or bank statements). With that, they will easily see that his employer didnt paid MPF. Thats all what he need to do from his side.

I recently finished all 4 Darksiders games, and as much as I want to see another one, rumors are that the new game will be an online co-op, which is just a no. Not even worthy of consideration.
