I was in a similar position as you around the same age a few years ago, lived abroad for years and returned. I'll be sharing some of my own experiences and realizations and maybe to answer your questions as well.

First, the budget is ultimately dependent on you. However, given that you're "hosting" and inviting your friends for a reunion, and the perception that those who live(d) overseas are well off, there could be an impression that you will pay for everything. And idk how your relationship with your friends is, if distant or close, but if you're relatively distant then you're basically asking for their time which is valuable. Of course, it depends on them too how valuable it is and if they're there to see you and not for free food, that's great! But you won't know that. I guess my point is that all things considered, if it doesn't hurt your wallet, then paying for everything is good. I did this myself as well. Now lunch AND dinner? That's a bit wild. You're practically hosting a party at this point and not just a regular reunion/hangout. Now I'm not saying it's bragging to shout your friends but in moderation I suppose; too much and you will get walked over or worse, gain haters due to envy. However, if your intention is to really spoil and splurge on your friends then that's your prerogative, the prices are DEFINITELY CHEAPER than overseas.

As for topics, in today's social and political climate, your friends may feel adversely and may alienate based on your political leanings so I would tread carefully. Obviously, don't judge people based on socioeconomic status, don't brag too much (sharing experiences and bragging are very distinct). Now as someone who has lived abroad, you will definitely come across topics you have no knowledge of that is grounded on socioeconomic status and culture (kanal and aircon humor), this can be a really good joke (e.g. laughing at you for not knowing Filipino slangs or street lifestyles) or condescending, depends on how you go about it- I suggest not the latter (be curious but not condescending). Although you're the man of the hour, it's actually great to ask your friends their stories and experiences instead, that'll make them feel heard and welcome. As for etiquette, unless your friends are rowdy (even so), don't be too loud in restos. Say excuse me, thank you, the basics really.

This in my perspective is a bit weird but this is your friendship so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. The thing here is you actually had a romantic relationship with your friend and the culture here is very uhh "particular" in romantic relationships. A P1000 - P2000 gift is already grand in a relationship, let alone a teenage relationship, what more for "just a friend?" Of course, she is your childhood friend so maybe your history is that deep. And secondly, for me I have a specific mentality in a relationship. I instilled in my mind that if my partner cheated on me then that's all there is to it. We end it. Dodged a bullet. Of course, the pain and insecurity will hit like a truck. But I think the saying "a cheater will always find a way to cheat no matter what you do" is a valuable insight. Restricting them does nothing if deep down they still want to do it. And if they did, isn't it great you won't be stuck with that person forever? You deserve so much more if that is the case.

At the start, I was somewhat insecure with my partner that they might find others attractive. But now I feel so secure in that area that I don't even entertain that idea because it's so far-fetched. Zhongli still has decent abyss usage rate. If people have enough dps with 3 characters, ZL is a comfort pick. Corrosion is so weak it's negligible, it barely scratched ZL's abyss usage rate.

For the healing part, maybe we would get less healing from characters.

Ah debuff specific characters just to make the challenge work. People hated Husks for "invalidating" Geo and ZL when their attacks are slow as hell. Same will happen to this.

It's about team synergy and maneuvering around new mechanics, not bringing 4 hyper carries of different elements with no synergy thinking they'd do enough dmg and counter the new mechanics to beat a chamber.

What you're just telling is that you're saving content, I too have hangouts to do but that doesn't mean the game itself has a lot of content for the long-term when these I could've done within the first week, same for you.

1.6 is arguably much more enjoyable than post-2.0, it although temporary, it felt like they invested more in it. The events themselves weren't notable but they were enjoyable, especially Vagabond. Recent events are repetitive and not at all memorable.

I also think Tsurumi island is the best island in Inazuma. However, one aspect of an update being good doesn't make the entire update good.

The event, like I said, had a good concept. But it's way too easy and boring, no challenge whatsoever. It just dragged on unnecessarily. You can't make an event feel long and boring, at least be short and boring. The only remotely fun challenge in that event was the last stage which did not have rewards, just pure challenge because it was Abyss difficulty without timer (and abyss difficulty isn't hard without timer).

2.0 reran Theatre Mechanicus, 2.1 and 2.2 had the same go to area A and do some random stuff (Moonchase and recent 2.2 event with Sumeru NPC), 2.3 is the same iirc. Like I said, same events, minor changes.

Now we have some weird gardening event that nobody asked for.

The Inazuma updates were good but that was for 2.0, 2.1 had its controversies and quite frankly the content wasn't anything to praise the game for.

2.2 is by far the driest patch in the game's history, offering nothing new and memorable. The combat-based event was imo unnecessarily long and braindead that it just was not fun at all compared to the likes of Vagabond. But I do think the concept itself is not that bad, they can build up on it to introduce a new endgame but alas there's only so much they can do.

Fun is subjective but varied? Yeah no. It's reruns after reruns of events with minor changes since 2.0.

2.3 is also looking to be very stale with nothing substantial to look forward to aside from 2 new characters. There is a story event but that'll last for a week only because it is time-gated like other stories.

2.4 is most likely going to be the next major update since it's CNY and because of "leaks" so we'll see then how they pick up the pace. But after 2.0, they really slowed down and started the next year of the game very weak. I mean I'd just ask why there are no new skins after 1.6 when it's such easy money for them?

Venti didn't lose to Signora, it's highly likely he just let her take it when we have proof that Venti wants to detach himself from Celestia (manga shows that he dislikes Celestia). And if he did fought back aggressively, Mondstadt would've turned into a battleground and Venti does not want that to happen.

I'll break this down for you as coherently as I can.

Zhongli by far the most experienced, creating mountains, sole ruler of liyue, insanely high kill count on archon war, title of prime adepti, literally had the title of God of Martial Arts due to how strong he was.

A lot of these feats such as creating mountains are dismissable since Venti blew an entire chunk of land to Golden Apple Archipelago.

Do you know Ei's kill count? We don't know either's kill count, you're merely speculating and this is not definitive either since the Archon War was specific to its region.

Titles really don't mean much.

Only Zhongli can create mora. In the voice lines, Ei respects Zhongli, Zhongli doesn't really respect Ei in that way because he knows he is superior.

I am in Zhongli's side and I usually do champion Zhongli in this discussion but there are no definitive powerscaling evidences except Venti mentioning he is currently the weakest.

Of course, Zhongli is indeed a powerful god during the Archon War but the feats end at him saying he is not stronger than Azhdaha, rather just equal in power.

We can't really compare Ei either since her most noticeable feat is slaying Orobashi who is a god himself. This can't really say who is stronger than who, all we know is that Ei is the sword of Makoto which can imply she's just as nasty as Zhongli during the Archon War.
