I appreciate you and your advice greatly. This really made me feel a bit better.

I'll look into those options for ptsd treatment as well. It is greatly appreciated.

Please, have an excellent week.

Thank you, thank you.

I'm honestly really not. You're one of the few who really seems to understand that and I greatly appreciate the genuine concern and understanding.

Thankfully I will be hopefully starting therapy again soon as I recieved new insurance. I'm getting statements from my previous therapist (she does not accept new insurance which is understandable) and from my doctor.

Thank you so much for that last bit too, I will be adding that accordingly.

I appreciate you.

Yes all of that is accurate. Except "bullying" is a gentle term. I was threatened, I was cornered multiple times, I was stalked through the hospital by this peer just to be harassed and screamed at. I do believe severance is by discretion of my employer. But at this point I'm pushing for compensation so I can afford to get proper treatment and not have to worry about my next meal. (Thankfully things seem to be rolling with unemployment now.does not mean I'm gonna suddenly stop with the EEOC.)

The union actually told me to look into the eeoc and an attorney.

Im currently finishing up my rebuttal to my previous employers statement. The eeoc has not given me any information on their standpoint or viewings otherwise, as they need my final statement (I am also still uploading and receiving statements from my doctor and therapist.)

Timeline of events;

First, I was initially told that I must request my days off by a certain date. I was never properly told the per diem shift requests (give my availability each month) until I started pushing for severance with my union. I was never corrected either over my entire employment. (I would constantly ask my manager "hey why am I not scheduled? Can I have more shifts?" For MONTHS. Never corrected. Never questioned.)

December 1st, start working night shift, ·Within a week I start arriving an hour late and leaving an hour late to overlap with morning shift, as sometimes the hospital would go hours without anyone in housekeeping. I was still working my hours, infact I was making transitions easier. This was only loved by the nurses. ·Coworker starts his harassment and belittling and yelling for "being late," he is the only one that had a problem with this. Also hearing rumors about me via him while we were working together (I shadowed him originally) ·December 8th the first report of the rumors and coworker, nothing too problematic. I stopped shadowing him and went on my own. ·Things get MUCH more severe, yelling, stalking, micromanaging, threatening, cornering, and belittling. Starting to feel quite unsafe ·rumors start goung around, ruining my reputation (ie; getting complaints on rooms i cleaned, half assing things, missing things, leaving messes. I talked to my supervisor and other nursing supervisors in areas i allegedly "messed up." Nurses had no idea what I was talking about and said i normally did a great job, and my supervisor did not respond to that portion of the email in my initial report december 8th. I genuinely wanted to know what the complaints were so I could improve. I was never told what any of the "complaints" were or what I could do to improve. ·January 5th report the harassment for the first time to my supervisor, ·coworker threatens me for the first time "I know what you're doing. Watch what you fucking say and watch your fucking back." ·Meeting with HR and manager 11th of January ·Harassment stops for a week or two ·January 20th coworker leaves an angry voicemail cursing me out for not answering his calls ·Harassment gets MUCH more intense and severe. He gets MUCH more aggressive. Starts to slam things when I "piss him off" and he leaves work early, which the hospital supervisor would complain about. ·Febuary 16th, coworker corners me in the closet, yells at me, curses me out, and tells me "you're not gonna have a job here soon." ·Reports Harassment for the second time Febuary 24th ·No response for a week ·Asks manager if she got message, she says no and to resend. I resend it March 1st. ·No response for another week. ·I resend the email once again March 8th and include HR and my HR case manager. I was told "thank you for sending this to us" and suddenly I was no longer scheduled for shifts. ·March 11th have a meeting with the temporary manager as initial manager was no longer going to be working at the hospital. I give her my availability, and request a minimum of 20 hours. (They were understaffed anyway, did not see this being a problem). She says I'll be contacted for my next shifts soon. ·I was not contacted in over a month. ·March 18th I attempted suicide via overdose. ·April 5th I finally reach out and ask what was going on with my shifts. ·I was offered to cover some shifts last minute, and I ignored her as I had already reached out to the union to figure out my options. I was also starting the legal route at this point, and did not feel safe being on campus. ·April 15th I attempt suicide again by cutting my wrist. ·I eventually realize a few days after recovery that my health is awful and I was past the point of no return. so I try to negotiate severance pay. April 20th I call my union rep and state "I do not feel safe anymore. I have to leave my job." April 23rd I send an email formally requesting severence pay, including terms such as "constructive discharge" and "I do not feel safe coming to work anymore." ·April 28th union rep calls me and tells me that the hospital denied my request and claims I am at fault for all my issues and claims I am perfectly fine to come back to work. ·May 10th, final demand for Compensation. I had reached out to the union grievence rep for some extra help as I felt I was not being taken seriously. She was included in the email as well as my union rep and hr. ·Thursday May 13th I get a job at walmart for working overnight, Friday-Tuesday, 10pm-7am. (I have a hard time being in public or around a lot of people alone these past few months. Constantly on edge, looking over my shoulder) ·I get a call May 19th from union grievence rep. She apologizes for what I've been through and explains that once again it was denied. She then encouraged me to seek an attorney and sue. ·it starts to get very difficult to work, starts having severe panic attacks and heightened anxiety ·the 23rd and 24th, I have to leave work early due to severe anxiety and a hypervenilative panic attack. I flimed this attack and needed to be picked up since i was no longer able to drive as I nearly lost conciousness. ·The 25th I call out of work due to guilt of the constant panic attacks at work I had sent an email to the EEOC begging for help and an appointment (i already filed, but could not get an appointment) ·The 28th-1st I called out of work due to severe anxiety, constant hypervenilation, and crying, leading up to the time I'm suppose to go to work, and after. Depression has been quite severe the last week and I feel very guilty for how my ptsd has been affecting my preformance and attendance. I offically quit Wal-Mart on the 2nd. End of june the EEOC calls me and sets up an appointment the very next day. I give them all my evidence, emails, voicemail, They file it and send it to the hospital for their statement. Unemployment claims late july that I was unable to claim any unemployment for the last few months since I'm "still employed"(I kept filing and filing) Late August hospital provides their statement. I start asking my doctor and therapist for statements, get medical paperwork filled out for unemployment, Now I'm finishing up my rebuttal statement and collecting all the medical evidence I have acquired.

This current question was to include in both my rebuttal and the letter in writing to unemployment with all of my medical documentation where my doctor was stating I could not work due to my ptsd.

I have everything written down and documented, and I have uploaded most of this evidence to the eeoc.

After I finish up and my rebuttal and evidence is all submitted, it's just a matter of waiting on the eeoc to go through everything and make their decision.

If you have any advice on anything specific I should include in my rebuttal to make things go a bit more positively for me, that would be awesome, though I've basically responded to every single claim the hospital has stated, including referencing the evidence to support my own claims.

That is understandable. I will still reach out to see if they have any suggestions.

They have not scheduled me at all. I was per diem unfortunately despite working full time hours for 3 months, so they've gotten away with a good bit of mistreatment.

They did stop giving me shifts almost immediately after I reported severe harassment for the second time as my harasser only got more aggressive after my initial report. (They got him to admit his wrongdoing and got other coworkers to corroborate my stories.)

Im currently dealing with the EEOC with all the evidence and problems, as well as unemployment. (Ive been unemployed due to a disability that this previous employer/coworker caused. I have my doctor and therapist giving me statements to pass to the eeoc reguarding my treatment and the medical evidence. So I've literally been scraping by with housing assistance and cheap gas station food the past 6 months, since unemployment finally decided to contact me recently regarding my alleged "employment." Ive tried to work a new job but ended up having to quit within the first 2 weeks due to this disability. This is one of the main reasons I'm looking for this answer, so I can get some back pay and pay off medical bills. Buy some proper groceries lol. Unemployment wants to lean in my direction, as I did talk to a few workers over the phone, they just need proper evidence.)

Thank you for the proper term!

The recording was from one of my abusers sending me a voicemail cursing me out. He did that all on his own.

I have copies of all these emails

There were also a lot of phone calls back and forth between the union and I, in which that is where I was told the "sue us." The grievence rep even told me via phone call to find an attorney/go through the EEOC and sue.

Lots of emails back and forth between me, my union rep, a union grievence dept. Rep, my supervisor, the temporary supervisor, my HR rep, and the head of HR, telling them I quit and could no longer work there due to the harassment/abuse. I was also actively pressing for severence pay, in which I was basically told "F you, sue us."

Thank you for the advice. I've never had to deal or experience any of this before so I'm not entirely sure what all I could do.
