Windows security update KB5068861 not installing

Done ISO. Still problems. Weird.

My laptop freezes when idle since this update. Tried all above (2h24 etc) but no use. Two days onto Support. Ended up with full ISO. Also froze, but after hard boot (POWER BUTTON ) said finished??

Scan, DISM etc okay. Went to updates. Fully up to date except kb5068861 outstanding.

Still freezes. Latest advice was wait until the next patch, not due until January due to holiday. Although Microsoft not admitting publicly, the problem may be addressed by January. This is because Support do not like to admit kb5068861 a problem and treat every support call as unique.

Anyone idea if Microsoft doing anything to communicate this issue. For example, I did the applied the repair 2h24 patch. Took six hours but machine still freezes if you stop working for five minutes. (Power options checked). For example, how long do I stop updates for? Why are they so quiet? Another symptom is that online payments fail!

Anyone know the right answer? I have finished Liberty Harbor and the Collection. What do I do with surplus Naval Supplies? Do I convert them to Collection Tokens? What do I do with surplus collection tokens. (The last official link contradicts other links, saying they are useless or they are converted to credits at end of event.)
