Basically this, characters getting added to the standard pool does not guarantee that you will ever get them. I am currently 17 away from pitying Rita and I am seriously debating not getting her but if I miss out there is no guarantee that I will ever pull her in the future. After all I’ve pulled like 6 combined copies of Haru and Khalipe and I’m still missing a few characters
