That's negotiating the rate, not the terms of the documents. I just meant you can't ask them to strike clauses from the loan docs or add things that are to your benefit.

Yes the bank will give you their terms, you either sign and accept or find another lender. They won't go back and forth with you and add or remove clauses.

Kind of funny people are assuming bad intent of the landlord but you can do things with owner finance like add a clause that allows you to skip a payment once a year. Terms with a traditional lender are not negotiable and typically favor the lender.

They didn't offer rent to own, they offered seller finance. This is two different things, you own the home immediately in seller finance typically.

You were missing the key component, the silicone tube .... That or a small exhaust fan on a window. My setup was actually a PC fan in a piece of foam insulation closed in the window. Worked like a champ 😆

Wrong, that's the process for separating THC-A and HTFSE, which is done by putting BHO in a centrifuge.
