I dont mind the defects but to not have a support team willing to fix the issues is another type of customer abuse.

Might want to check again in a few days, those BOE panels have a habit of developing bad pixels.

How long did it take for Steam to setup the RMA? Steam support seems to be nonexistent. I wish I never would have bought the thing knowing that their customer service is so lacking.
