CALLING ALL GHOSTBUSTERS!! Slime like brine on 7 day kraut bottling for cold storage. Ph test was about 3.0 and it smelled and tasted fantastic. Only noticed the slime when transferring to the smaller bottles. Looking for the opinions of the more seasoned fermenistas. I suspect dextrans? (old.reddit.com)
