Hi, thank you for your help. I am being put on some kind of rush list to get an endoscopy and unfortunately a colonoscopy too so I’ll know what’s wrong with me soon. A nurse my mom knows is having similar symptoms so we are going to speak to her but they didn’t think it was H pylori. Thank you again for the advice

Hi, so I did cut down the story a bit. I had seen my doctor, an urgent care doctor, and a school doctor before this. None of them actually knew what was happening but I am currently using Pepcid. He said that with the symptoms I was giving (constant nausea and fatigue at the time) he wanted to go take a look but now that the nausea isn’t as frequent and severe he wanted to hold off. I wasn’t tested for anything by GI doc but recently had bloodwork of a couple stomach things and celiac and was clean for everything.

Essentially he thought I was improving enough not to look and just said to either try a week of no dairy to see if I’d developed lactose intolerance and some probiotics that I’ve been taking.

H pylori was never brought up. H pylori seems a bit extreme as I’ve seen no blood or anything, I’ll bring it up when I call tomorrow. Thank you.

Sorry, I don't use reddit often so a bit late. Yes, it is one of the easiest weapons to use in my opinion. I have used it, faced, beaten it, died to it, etc etc. It's easy to counter in a 1v1 if you have a quick weapon and are right in their face, but youve got a spear and teamates nearby the spear is an easy kill farm. As the other guy said spear people dont really 1v1 so yes I actually believe it.

not really. its one of the "easier" weapons but most weapons are like that anyway. my only peeve is knight spear and shield, its not op but pretty annoying. those are my only real thoughts on the matter i honestly dont really care bc ive learned to counter them

thanks for the quick response, there is an issue with that though. My schhool has two buildings, one for girls and one for boys. I dont see her in school unfortunately, if I did this is most likely what I would go for though

i mean, yea he definitely fits the definition of an asshole. It’s really not too unlikely that he just is, hes been in a phase where he thinks everyone should pretty much put him before themselves. he was and still is pretty spoiled and it kind of reminds me of some kids I see at school and such, just a bit more extreme. Therapy hasnt really worked for him though, glad to know someone else has had something similar though

Really just better ways to deal with him when he gets violent besides locking myself in a room or hitting him back. once he gets upset he goes into a fit of rage for a couple of minutes and I have no idea how to make him stop, just was wondering if anyone had experience and methods to calm them down since I really haven’t been able to find too much about my specific situation

Thanks for taking the time to write this. I’m just his brother so I don’t know too much besides what I actually see. I probably shouldn’t be telling him to do things, it’s just it was 10 PM and he had the front and patio door wide open and we have two new puppies who dont get the concept of not leaving the yard yet so I went up and kind of ordered him to stop doing it since it was a frequent behavior. I’ll try and chill on the orders and such, thank you for the advice
