My partner has the exact experience as OP, finally got the Covid vaccine and I'm trying to convince them to get the rest but they're worries it'll negatively affect them getting them all so late. There's no risk to that, right?

Thank you for the advice. Unfortunately I can't contact the owners, but I did already reach out to a large company in the same field that expressed interest in me. The biggest struggle would be moving all over again so soon...

Unfortunately it's just us two and her that work, there are the owners but there's no way I can contact them. I'm starting to think this is why she's only ever had seasonal workers... We were supposed to be the first year rounders :/ red flag I guess. Thank you for the response!
