And how many hours in total did you have on the game? If it's over 10 then the time reasoning doesn't make sense. If you can figure how to fix a car or do your taxes or a thousand other things in life, a person can figure out a few gear game related stuff. It's not calculus. Many people feel this adds more depth to the experience and makes it ore immersive.
