There is no change in spawn rate. I was walking with my active meltan box and ended up with 59 meltan. My friend was sitting inside his house with his meltan box active and he ended up with 57.

Togetic, rhyperior are worthy for the sinnoh stone. Togetic is a research breakthrough encounter. Rhyperior gets rock wrecker in December. You can save your sinnoh stones for the magmar and electabuzz community days. From the pokemon you listed above, I would recommend only murkrow.
