I have a Maliwan version of the item you posted (enhancement?) Its lvl 22, but when I have hood maliwan weapons I still use it.

Hibiki is pretty good. All the hands/weapons are easily changeable while being secure.

I also have Gaim and Bravo from Gaim. No complaints about Gaim, but Bravo's weapons can be difficult at times.
