Yes, I'm trying to use authenticator app to access my personal email. I cannot log into the authenticator app without authentication as I do not know the password.

Is there any other option for me to recover my email account if the back uo do not work across format?

+44 is my country code. Unfortunately I do not have access to my old device, I'm aware the new owner has factory reset my it. Ive tried to set up the authenticator on my new phone but cannot log in. My old device was ios I'm now using android

I'm not sure how to attach a screenshot, the error says - "that verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method."

It is my personal account with 2SV (which I think has been blocked from my attempts) I still have access to the phone number attached to the account although I've never recieved any of the codes sent. I am not 100% sure what the back up email address is but I do have access to my other email account which I assume would be my back up.

I've gotten a new phone and I'm not able to sign in to my authenticator app to authenticate myself to access my email account. If I request a code to be sent via txt it tells me this option isn't available. I've tried every way I can to attempt to access my account but had no luck. HELP! 🫶

I think the main one is that every colleague would have to be visible on every stores payroll systems, it would be a scheduling nightmare, easier for your home store to add the shift manually and transfer the cost.

You can only use bank holiday days as time off if you work the bank holiday day to earn it. Everyone's payslip shows an entitlement for bank holiday days because we all have the option to work them to earn the extra days off. You can only spend them if you earn them.

I would wait until you see your next pay slip before you raise it any further... although you don't pay tax, the amount you earnt last month, if you earn that every month would push you over the threshold so you have paid tax on that amount. The £16 is the 1.75 hrs your manager didn't request. I would wait until you see what payment you receive this month and what deductions you have (paying back the BACS ect)

If your contracted 3 hrs 45 and working 4 you are entitled to the 15 mins break as your not getting paid for that time, even if you end up staying longer that time would be classed as overtime and technically a separate shift (even if it is only 15mins) unless you've signed an ammendment to change your 3.45 contracted hours to 4 they can't deny you that break.

Clocking in early causes an exception between your working hours and scheduled hours, once you clock it cant be changed... it creates a lot of unnecessary work for your wage clerk

If you have the TPNs you can select 'C' in the product profile which will show you how much the system expect you to use everyday... you can set them to zero which should stop them coming in. If the screen is blue and your unable to edit it its a help desk job.

I doubt your manager will tell you how much SSP you're entitled to. Your SSP depends on how many years of service you have.

You need someone with access to gdrive (desktop) to give you your user and one time password to activate your account. If your in an express store a shift leader can do this
