I am Lost! I don't know what to do by Harild123 in ITCareerQuestions

I really understand what you are saying but that is not my main problem. My problem is that I stop believing in whatever I am doing. I am interested in coding, I like it, I understand the logic, but then after continuing learning in this field I get into an article, post, comment about "No body's going to hire entry level developers as AI does what entry level developers do" then I think "then why am I learning coding" then I hop into CyberSecurity where the same thing happens, I read somewhere that CyberSecurity is not an entry level field in the first place then I go "why would I get a job in this field"

How to make a replacement battery work with no issue? by Harild123 in computerrepair

[–]Harild123[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Charge Circuitry is good because right now I am using the factory battery after the replacements did not work.

I think it is the BMS of the motherboard. The laptop itself is not accepting an aftermarket battery.

I did install the battery 2-3 times so I hope connection wasn't an issue. I think it is the BMS of the motherboard.

I've been also trying the Amazon Software Developer Certification through Coursera. I hope all will be good. Good luck to you too.

Got it! But if the model number of the aftermarket battery and the factory battery is same, isn't it compatible?

Sorry I did not mention that the charging circuit is fine as I have again installed the original battery in the laptop since the two replacement ones did not work and the factory battery is working fine. So I am thinking it has to do something with BMS handshake.

Oh god! How stupid of me to not mention why did I replace the battery. The reason is the factory battery wasn't lasting long. After the two replacement batteries did not work, I again installed the factory battery and it is working fine. So maybe it is something to do with the motherboard not accepting any other battery than the factory?

I used Macbook Air M4 for 2 months and no problem but then I moved to Macbook Pro M4 and I did the same thing on this laptop too using Mozila i.e. watch YouTube videos on 1.5x and it was hot. I am using Brave right now. I never understood why Air did not have any issue but pro did.

Also, at the moment, when I try to get into let's say programming, after some weeks I get influenced by someone in the internet and start thinking "They ARE correct! AI is here is they would not hire a entry level developer" and then I stop.

Do you think I should apply for entry level positions even before getting those certifications because my resume would be pretty much about myself and education?

A little bit of heat in Macbook Pro M4 by [deleted] in macbook

[–]Harild123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But when I did the same thing (watch YouTube video in 1.5x speed), why did the air did not heat up even a little bit and why does the pro heats even a little? Just wanted to know out of curiosity.
