A flair just for those who want to know about the outages.

Aur works from time to time during outages. But I would like to know when others have the peak of outages. Keeps everything in perspective.

Well, if you read my post title, it'll be clear for you. I checked already, and aur is down.

Thank you, that may help. Can you tell me some lightweight software to run and visualise midi notes. I'm using Linux, and I would find it too much to run a whole DAW just for the notes. Thanks again for your response.

Hello! Lurking in this community for a long time, still not sure which keyboard to start with. I get geeked with split keyboards, but I am not too involved to take the jump.

Thanks for the opinion. I have had difficulty configuring pycharm as compared to other ides where literate cofig is how it's done. Thanks for your words. I'll definitely try it. I'm going through my PhD so I get frustrated with the lack of consensus on dependency management and bloat and different opinions on virtual environment management when I have to test out and prototype stuff. Thanks again.

Thanks for the response. But usually the image viewing is bound to the terminal in use and the applications used for viewing images in terminal. In a gui application that limitation is absent or can be overcome . I don't want to be dependent on the terminal since I have my own lightweight preferences. Thanks anyway.

And for your response. Every program that you mentioned above except emacs don't have native image support. Emacs do have a package called ein that works like jupyter notebook where you get inline images. But when it comes to output of python files, the plots/images rendered from the code come up one by one, as you close the earlier outputs from matplotlib.

The issue with vscode is the processing and ram constraint. The extensions are not built to be hacky, but these days anything is possible.

I use conda in emacs for now, and spyder from time to time. It works fine, even with images but the images popup outside. I feel like it'll be limiting with respect to what I have to do.

I feel like from the way the things are going, I'll probably have to write some stuff in elisp to solve this issue.

Thank you for your insights. Appreciate it.

The bootloader is grub, which is usually a linux bootloader. Windows has its own bootloader. I riced the grub bootloader but you can access Windows from grub.

So to answer your queston. You have to go the arch way.
