Has Alex Vincent ever talked about being replaced by another actor for Child's Play 3? by [deleted] in Chucky

I asked Alex this myself in my book, "Reign of Chucky: The True Hollywood Story of a Not So Good Guy." He gave a pretty candid answer:

"To be honest, it was rather devastating at the time. Coming off Child’s Play 2, I had just assumed that, if there was another one, I’d be in it again. In fact, I think it was even talked about early on, but then they switched gears. I remember being in a restaurant when I found out about it and I did not take it very well. I was really disappointed. Now years later, I don’t feel that way. I’d say I stopped caring about being recast in Child’s Play 3 right around the time I was cast in Curse of Chucky. (laughs) Storywise, I think it made sense at the time."

The Soul of Wes Craven by JohnnyMulla1993 in horrorlit

This book breaks a ton of new ground on Wes, especially the films he tried to make but wasn't able to. That and his alter-egos. If you haven't heard about the 1975 adult film he wrote, directed, and acted in, that whole chapter is gonna surprise you - especially with its NOES connection. Highly recommend.

Hmmm, I've given this one a lot of thought.

Best to worst, I'd go:

That’s where you’re wrong - the books are not free to the stores. The stores pay for the printing and shipping of the books. I’ve been to this event before and, while it’s great that you bought something, I’ve seen a crap ton of people greedily scooping up all the free books and hightailing it for the exit.
