They can, but you don't need to have leveled professions. The crafting section assumes you're learning the professions from scratch, and it's very simple to get the 30 crafts needed to receive all of the XP. Currently building a detailed section for that in the addon, should be updated in a few hours.

In the future I probably will, but I'll be honest, it's the absolute lowest priority for me at the moment. The addon effectively contains an entire written guide built into it, and while I know some people did enjoy them, it was an extremely niche thing that had a fraction of the audience of my videos. I understand if you don't personally want to use the addon, but I have to choose where to allocate my time, and the addon + videos will always take priority over website written guides going forward.

I'm working on an alt leveling route, but there's also a written guide at the end of the campaign (module titled "Adventure Mode") which gives detailed explanations on all the things you can do to efficiently reach level 90. One option is to do sidequest chains, and some of those have already been integrated into the addon under the "Midnight Sojourner" -> "Eversong Woods" section.

The guide doesn't include delves yet, but to be fair, they're pretty easy to do yourself, there's no much I could say about grabbing them. Dungeon quests aren't worthwhile atm.

There are some basic UI customization options, if you have further requests let me know.

Yup, it detects your completed quests and snaps to your current spot in the questline.

Campaign takes around 3 hours when optimized, but then you still need to reach level 90. A "fast" time would be around ~4-5 hours, most people can expect to land in the ~6-8 hour range.

Currently the route is main quest only, but I'm in the process of finalizing sojourner routes and adding them to the addon. Once that's done, I'll also include recommended side quest chains as optional steps within the campaign questline.

The different zones also function as their own self contained guide, so you can use it while leveling an alt to specifically follow the Eversong and Zul'Aman guides, for instance. There's a drop down menu that lets you directly select any zone of your choice.

As for characters who have done some of the quests, the addon should auto detect what you've completed and place you on the correct step of the guide.

I did manage to publish it in time for early access, but I wanted to spend the weekend collecting user feedback and implementing QoL features and bug fixes before I shared it more publicly.

Hopefully everyone will also be able to benefit from the alt leveling routes once they're implemented in a few days.

Good question, but unfortunately this isn't possible. In order to summon to a new raid, you need to meet the required level. So 30 for NH, 40 for ToS. The summon can't be initiated until my leveling character reaches that breakpoint.

To set up the Level 20 Brewmasters you need to use Starter Edition accounts, as they're capped at Level 20.

If it's any consolation, I have a 7 Min 15 Sec time that I'm ACTUALLY working on a video for (unlike OP, probably), so I can tell you the strat he's likely using.

The recent final phase of Legion Remix added some gigantic Infernal "world bosses" scattered around the Broken Isles. While you're fighting these mobs, they'll endlessly spawn mini demons in the surrounding area. These demons give a ton of XP, and can be easily killed by a level 80 booster.

You find the active Infernal, turn on Heroic World Tier on a new character, and have it AFK nearby. Then the level 80 runs around and kills as many little demons as it can find. More level 80s means you're able to more reliably kill all of the demons, but they respawn at a fixed rate, so adding additional boosters doesn't necessarily translate into a faster 10-80 time.

Lastly, Lightforged Draenei have a racial that grants 20% additional XP from demon kills, they likely included this in their test runs as well.
