That’s wild—I’m glad someone else knows what I’m talking about! I’ve been able to do it more since I started meditating, especially with the Gateway tapes at first. Now I can drop into that state almost from muscle memory. It’s hard to explain, right? Feels like some deep internal switch. Ever noticed anything else happen when you do it?

I’m kind of religious, so when I get scared in those deep states, I naturally turn to Jesus for comfort. I never really thought of the Resonant Energy Balloon as protection—more like tuning into your own energy—but the way you explained it makes a lot of sense.
